CJ Logistics, 300 Central Park, University Park, IL, Door 124 - On or about April 30, 2024, the employer did not ensure that a Landoll 930E Hydraulic Tail Semitrailer was stable before employees transferred a Crown, Model RC 5500, Stand-up Electric Forklift from a loading dock to the semitrailer, thereby exposing employees to caught-between and crushing hazards.
