At a temporary worksite located at 1901 University Blvd, North, Jacksonville, FL 32211: On or about May 8, 2024, the employer exposed employees to eye injury hazards, in that eye protection were not utilized by employees who were using a torch to apply a modified roof system. c. At a temporary worksite located at 1901 University Blvd, North, Jacksonville, FL 32211: On or about May 8, 2024, the employer exposed employees to eye injury hazards in that eye protection were not utilized by employees using a DeWalt saw to cut sheets of plywood.
