29 CFR 1910.22(a)(1): 29 CFR 1910.22(a)(1): The employer did not ensure that all places of employment, passageways, storerooms, service rooms, and walking-working surfaces are kept in a clean, orderly, and sanitary condition. a) On or about May 6, 2024, near the command center board: employees were exposed to trip hazards, in that the path to the command center board was not orderly. There was an access pathway that was approximately 1 ft 2.5 in wide due to a pallet being stored, a bag leaning against the wall, and the wall narrowing toward the pallet.
