White Horse Pike Somerdale, NJ 08083: On or about 5/9/2024, the employer failed to electronically submit information from their 2023 OSHA Form 300A or equivalent. The establishment employed 54 employees and was classified as NAICS 445120 during the calendar year 2023. NOTE: THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION FOR THIS ITEM.
