Examples of guarding methods are-barrier guards, two-hand tripping devices, electronic safety devices, etc.  a) On or about 05/02/2024, employer did not ensure employees using a DR walk-behind leaf and lawn vacuum (Model: WL31004DEN SN:3013222792) to sweep feathers off the ground were protected against an unguarded opening in the sweeper where the blades spun, resulting in an employee receiving an amputation of the left index finger.
