29 CFR 1910.95(g)(1): The employer did not establish and maintain an audiometric testing program as provided by 29 CFR 1910.95(g) by making audiometric testing available to all employees whose exposures equal or exceed an 8-hour time-weighted average (TWA) of 85 decibels: a) On or about May 09, 2024, at 3330 Southwest 2nd Avenue, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33315, the employer did not establish and maintain an audiometric testing program as provided by 29 CFR 1910.95(g) by making audiometric testing available to all employees whose exposures equal or exceed an 8-hour time-weighted average (TWA) of 85 decibels. A sheet metal worker in the parts department was exposed to an 8-hour time-weighted average (TWA) of 87.9 dBA.
