29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(i):Procedures were not developed, documented and utilized for the control of potentially hazardous energy when employees were engaged in activities covered by this section: a) At 1127 W Veterans Blvd. Auburn, AL; on May 7, 2024, and at times prior employees were exposed to caught-in and amputation hazards when changing dies from the Hi-Tech 200A CNC Machine S/N M013162J1FC without energy control procedures being developed, documented, and/or utilized to control potentially hazardous energy. b) At 1127 W Veterans Blvd. Auburn, AL; on May 7, 2024, and at times prior employees were exposed to caught-in and amputation hazards when changing dies from the HIT-400 Tapping Machine S/N 880240 without energy control procedures being developed, documented, and/or utilized to control potentially hazardous energy. c) At 1127 W Veterans Blvd. Auburn, AL; on May 7, 2024, and at times prior employees were exposed to caught-in and amputation hazards when changing dies for the Sirius 850 CNC Machine S/N M261159F5D without energy control procedures being developed, documented, and/or utilized to control potentially hazardous energy. d) At 1127 W Veterans Blvd. Auburn, AL; on May 7, 2024, and at times prior employees were exposed to amputation hazards when changing the blade of the Amada HA250W Band Saw S/N 65030511 without energy control procedures being developed, documented, and/or utilized to control potentially hazardous energy.
