29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1):The employer did not ensure that each affected employee was using eye or face protection when exposed to eye or face hazards from flying particles. At a new multi-family residential worksite located at N Askew Dr and NE 86th Ter, KC MO -- employees engaged in framing duties using pneumatic nail guns and other small hand tools were not wearing eye protection. This exposed the employees to getting debris in their eyes causing injury. This was documented on or about 5/9/2024.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13):Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): At a new multi-family residential worksite located at N Askews Dr and NE 86th Ter, KC MO -- employees engaged in framing duties were not using any kind of personal fall arrest system. This exposed the employees to fall hazards of 16 plus feet to ground level. This was documented on or about 5/9/2024.
