29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v):A safety harness with lanyard attached to the boom or basket was not worn by employee(s) working from an aerial lift: At a new residential worksite located at 2621 NE 84th Pl, KC MO -- employees engaged in framing duties applying fascia were in a aerial lift. The employees were wearing their safety harness and had a lanyard. However, they did not have the lanyard attached to the aerial lift. This exposed the employees to fall hazards by being catapulted from the aerial lift. This was documented on or about 05/09/2024.
