29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11):Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: Location: 501 Boston Post Rd, Sudbury, MA On May 9, 2024, an employee was exposed to falls from heights up to 15 feet to the ground while conducting an inspection on commercial 6-12 pitch roof during a roofing project where fall protection was not utilized.
