Between overhead doors 86 & 87 - On or about May 9, 2024, the employer exposed temporary employees to fire and entrapment hazards, in that, an emergency exit door was blocked by storage of palletized product.  b.) Between overhead doors 98 & 99 - On or about May 9, 2024, the employer exposed temporary employees to fire and entrapment hazards, in that, an emergency exit door was blocked by storage of palletized product.

29 CFR 1910.303(g)(1)(iii): The employer did not ensure that at least one entrance of sufficient area was provided to give access to the working space about electric equipment 600 Volts, nominal, or less.  a.) West side of warehouse - On or about May 9, 2024, the employer exposed temporary employees to fire and electrical hazards, in that, the entrance to the electrical room was blocked by pallets of product, preventing ready access.
