The employer was unable to provide documentation of any such reviews. Authorized employees perform servicing/maintenance on equipment such as, but not limited to saws, CNC machines, and Swiss turning lathes. ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED

29 CFR 1910.151(c):Where employees were exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body were not provided within the work area for immediate emergency use: a) On or about 05/08/2024 in the production area; where employees pump BETCO Liquid Chisel Max (a corrosive liquid) from a 55 gallon drum into a floor scrubber, the only facilities for drenching or flushing of the eyes and body was a small (1 liter) squeeze bottle of neutralizing solution approximately 30 feet away. The manufacturer's Safety Data Sheet calls for a minimum of 10 minutes of continuous rinsing. ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
