29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1):The employer did not develop, implement, and/or maintain at the workplace a written hazard communication program which describes how the criteria specified in 29 CFR 1910.1200(f), (g), and (h) will be met: (a) 1235 Valley Street, Colorado Springs, CO 80915 On or about April 26, 2024, and at times prior, the employer did not have a written Hazard Communication Program for employees that worked with chemicals at the jobsite. As effective Hazard Communication Program shall include the following elements: a list of all hazardous chemicals in the workplace, labels and other forms of warning, safety data sheets, and employer information and training. Reasonable Collision and Auto Repair, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1705215, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on March 08, 2024, with respect to a workplace located at 1235 Valley Street, Colorado Springs, CO 80915.
