29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1): The employer did not develop, implement, and/or maintain at the workplace a written hazard communication program which describes how the criteria specified in 29 CFR 1910.1200(f), (g), and (h) will be met: (a) Redshift Sports, LLC located at 1901 South 9th Street Philadelphia, PA: On or about May 9, 2024, a written Hazard Communication Program was not provided where employees are exposed to hazardous chemicals while performing bicycle component assembly operations. Employees are exposed to chemicals including but not limited to the following: -2-hydroxyethyl methacrylate, acrylic acid, 1-acetyl-2-phenylhydrazine as contained in Loctite 638 -Ethyl 2-cyanoacrylate, as contained in Loctite 414 -Distillates (petroleum), solvent-dewaxed heavy paraffinic, benzenesulfonic acid, C10-16-alkyl derivs. as contained in Lucas Marine Grease

Employees performing bicycle component assembly operations are exposed to chemicals including but not limited to the following: -2-hydroxyethyl methacrylate, acrylic acid, 1-acetyl-2-phenylhydrazine, etc. as contained in Loctite 638 -Ethyl 2-cyanoacrylate, as contained in Loctite 414 -Distillates (petroleum), solvent-dewaxed heavy paraffinic, benzenesulfonic acid, C10-16-alkyl derivs., etc. as contained in Lucas Marine Grease
