Employee(s) used an Evolution 12-inch electric concrete saw without integrated water delivery system for continuously feeding water to the blade, as designed for use with the tool for dust suppression. Employee(s) cut concrete floor(s) indoors using an Evolution 12-inch electric concrete saw without integrated water delivery system for continuously feeding water to the blade, as designed for use with the tool for dust suppression. Concrete floor(s) were chipped / broken up using a Hex breaker (Bosch) jackhammer without attaching a shroud and dust collection system.
