29 CFR 1910.1025(d)(6)(ii): Where the initial determination or subsequent monitoring revealed employee exposure to lead to be at or above the action level but below the permissible exposure limit; monitoring was not repeated at least every six months. Sage Shooting Range: On and/or before May 9th, 2024, the employees participated in the firearm qualifications without an air monitoring assessment of the level of lead (Pb) contaminant at least every 6 months from the initial determination at the outdoor shooting range. This condition potentially exposed employees to reproductive and central nervous system hazards.
