29 CFR  1910.1200(g)(8):  The employer did not maintain in the workplace copies of the required safety data sheets for each hazardous chemical, and did not ensure that they were readily accessible during each work  shift to employees when they were in their work area(s).  (a) United Community and Family Services, Inc., Dental Clinic, 47 Town Street, Norwich, CT 06360; On or about May 2, 2024, and at times prior, employees were exposed to LokWorx + Resilient Adhesive while a subcontractor conducted tile floor work in the basement below the clinic that resulted in negative health effects of employees within the Dental Clinic. The employer did not provide a copy of the SDS for the adhesive to Dental Clinic employees readily nor upon request.
