29 CFR 1910.151(c): Suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes was not accessible for immediate emergency use. Locations: Warehouse forklift charging station, On or about 5/6/2024 and times prior, employees were exposed to safety hazards in that suitable eyewashes were not available for immediate emergency use due to being blocked by material. A suitable eye wash must meet the minimum criteria as defined by ANSI/ISEA Z358.1 to include 15 minutes of hands-free, continuous flow with tepid water/fluid.
