29 CFR  1926.416(a)(1): No employer shall permit an employee to work in such proximity to any part of an electric power circuit that the employee could contact the electric power circuit in the course of work, unless the employee is protected against electric shock by deenergizing the circuit and grounding it or by guarding it effectively by insulation or other means:  a) Worksite located at 96-110 Tonnelle Ave, Jersey City, NJ  The employer permitted employees to operate a concrete pumper truck within approximately 4 feet of  13 KV power lines while delivering and pumping concrete without protection from electric shock by deenergizing the circuit and grounding it or by guarding it by insulation or other means.  Violation occurred on or about 04/15/2024 and continuing thereafter.

29 CFR  1926.501(b)(1):Each employee on a walking/working surface having an unprotected side or edge which was six or more feet (1.8m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest system:  a) Worksite located at 96-110 Tonnelle Ave, Jersey City, NJ  An employee on the second level of the building without guardrail system, safety net system or personal fall arrest system was exposed to an approximately 12 foot fall.  Violation observed on or about 05/13/2024.
