29 CFR 1910.219(f)(3): Sprocket wheels and chains which were seven (7) feet or less above floors or platforms were not enclosed: (a) On or before May 13, 2024 at 635 Railroad Ave, Ault, CO 80610 employees were exposed to caught-in and amputation hazards. Employees engaged in production activities in the bagging area were exposed to caught-in and amputation hazards in that the chain and sprocket on the bagging machine was not guarded. The exposed and unguarded chain and sprocket is located directly adjacent to the operators station at ground level.

Employees engaged in daily operations within the feed mill are exposed to explosion hazards in that the employer did not develop a written housekeeping program. Employees are required to work near areas where grain dust is being allowed to accumulate more than 1/8 inch.
