(Rear), Attleboro, MA On or about May 14, 2024, employees were exposed to struck-by hazards from falling tools and construction debris, while performing overhead work, not wearing hard hats.

(Rear), Attleboro, MA On or about May 14, 2024, employees were exposed to fall hazards of more than 25 feet from the roof to the ground below, where fall protection was not used.
