29 CFR  1926.102(a)(1): The employer did not  ensure that each affected employee used appropriate eye or face protection when exposed to eye or face hazards from flying particles, molten metal, liquid chemicals, acids or caustic liquids, chemical gases or vapors, or potentially injurious light radiation.  a.) At the worksite, located at 3050 Steeple Circle Cape Coral, FL 33909; On or about 5/14/24, the employer exposed employees to struck by hazards in that eye protection was not provided for employees conducting stucco work by cutting wood and building stucco boxes with a circular saw.

29 CFR  1926.501(b)(1):Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems.  a.) At the worksite, located at 3050 Steeple Circle Cape Coral, FL 33909; On or about 5/14/24, the employer exposed employees to fall hazards of approximately 12 ft in that fall protection was not provided and used for employees conducting stucco work on the second level of a newly built residential apartment building.
