29 CFR 1910.28(b)(1)(i):  Except as provided elsewhere in this section 29 CFR 1910.28, the employer did not ensure that each employee on a walking-working surface with an unprotected side or edge that is 4 feet (1.2 m) or more above a lower level is protected from falling by one or more of the systems described in 29 CFR 1910.28(b)(1)(i):  a) 99 Horseshoe Road LEOLA, PA - On or about May 14, 2024, an employee working on the roof of a manufactured home in the manufacturing facility was exposed to a fall hazard of approximately 4 feet 8 inches to the walking working surface of the scaffolding below the top of the roof eave that surrounded the manufactured home under construction.   Champion Homes Builders, Inc now affiliated with Skyline Homes was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard 29 CFR 1910.28(b)(1)(i), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1613269, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on November 4, 2022, with respect to a workplace located at 2551 Champion Drive Claysburg, PA 16625.   Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and state employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
