29 CFR 1910.37(a)(3):Exit route(s) were not kept free and unobstructed. a) On or about May 15, 2024, and at times prior, employees were exposed to fire hazards associated with a blocked exit. The rear exit doors located near the garage and PPE Station was obstructed by items such as but not limited to, a basket and a flat cart dolly. b) On or about May 15, 2024, and at times prior, employees were exposed to fire hazards associated with a blocked exit. The rear exit doors located near bay 25 was obstructed by items such as but not limited to, a Toro Snow Master. c) On or about May 15, 2024, and at times prior, employees were exposed to fire hazards associated with a blocked exit. The rear exit doors located near aisle 23 bay 2 was obstructed by items such as but not limited to, a black metal cart.

29 CFR 1910.176(b):Material stored in tiers was not stacked, blocked, interlocked or limited in height so that it was stable and secure against sliding and collapse. a) Aisle:21 Bay:23: On or about May 15, 2024, and at times prior, employees were exposed to struck-by hazards from roofing boards that were not secured in place to prevent the boards from falling on employees. b) Outside Area/Garden Area: On or about May 15, 2024, and at times prior, employees were exposed to struck-by hazards from logs of wood that were not secured in place to prevent the logs from falling on employees.
