29 CFR 1926.503(a)(1):The employer did not provide a training program for each employee who might be exposed to fall hazards. a) 2878 Tyndale Way, Grand Junction, CO 81503: On or about May 15, 2024, and at times prior, employees were exposed to falls of approximately 12 feet to the ground while conducting roofing activities on a residential home. The employer failed to provide training on items such as, but not limited to; nature of fall hazards in the work area; correct procedures for inspecting the fall protection systems to be used; use and operation of guardrail systems, personal fall arrest systems, safety net systems, warning line systems, safety monitoring systems, controlled access zones, and other protection to be used; limitations on the use of mechanical equipment during the performance of roofing work.
