1926.20(b)(2): The employer did not initiate and maintain a safety program which provides for frequent and regular inspections of jobsites, materials, and equipment to be made by a competent person: a) 11 East Steel Rd. Morrisville PA - On or about May 16, 2024, portions of the4th story of the Gelest Building were not provided with horizontal guardrail along the vertical rebar to prevent travel into and out of the vertical rebar to the unprotected edge. Also, an access point was not provided to allow for the safe transfer of employees to this work level from an aerial lift.
