Waterville, OH, Plant 7: The employer did not ensure that the nip point created by the powered transfer roll was adequately guarded. Mat Line operators performing "lace in " tasks during the production process on the Voith 9272 Hydro Former were exposed to nip point and rotating part hazards when the transfer roll was in the lowered position.
