29 CFR 1926.502(b)(1): The top edge height of the top rails, or equivalent guardrail system members, was not 42 inches (1.1 m) plus or minus 3 inches (8 cm) above the walking/working level: On or about April 24, 2024, employees were exposed to fall hazards approximately 13 feet 9 inches to a lower level while installing decking between bridge girders along the west side of the overpass and the height of the steel beam did not meet the minimum top rail height requirement of a guardrail system.
