29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1):Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: a) Work site was located at 31 Woolverton Street, Trenton, NJ 08611 Workers were exposed to fall hazards of approximately twenty-one feet to ground from a 7/12 roof while removing and replacing the roof on an existing commercial building without fall protection. Violation was observed on or about May 16, 2024.
