29 CFR 1926.1402(c)(1): The employer did not ensure that ground preparations necessary to meet the requirements in paragraph (b) were provided. a) 1025 Clearwater three Wind Project, 3299 HWY 59 North, Miles City, MT: On or about May 1, 2024, and at times prior, employees were exposed to struck by hazards while walking a Manitowoc MLC650 VPC-Max Lattice-boom Crawler crane on a gravel and dirt road that was not tested and prepared adequately prior to the Crawler crane traveling on the road.
