29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v):A body belt was not worn and/or a lanyard was not attached to the boom or basket when working from an aerial lift: On or about May 15, 2024, on the exterior of a commercial building located in Montgomery, TX, employees were working from the railing and inside the basket of Genie S-40 aerial lift, installing metal trimming, without a body belt with lanyard connected to an anchorage point on the boom or basket of the lift. LUIS ZAMARRON WAS PREVIOUSLY CITED FOR A VIOLATION OF THIS OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH STANDARD OR ITS EQUIVALENT STANDARD CFR 1926.453(B)(2)(V), WHICH WAS CONTAINED IN IN OSHA INSPECTION NUMBER 1523650, CITATION NUMBER 1, ITEM 1 AND WAS AFFIRMED AS A FINAL ORDER ON JUNE 4, 2021, WITH RESPECT TO A WORKPLACE LOCATED AT 10513 W. GRAND PARKWAY SOUTH, RICHMOND, TX 77406.
