29 CFR 1926.100(a): Employees were not protected by protective helmets while working in areas where there was a possible danger of head injury from impact, or from falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns.  At the construction site, the employer did not ensure that employees were wearing hardhats while working below other employees. Employees were exposed to a struck-by hazard from falling objects.  Jorge Luis Gonzalez Campos was previously cited for a Serious violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.100(a)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1595652, Citation Number 1, Item number 1, and was affirmed as a final order on June 22, 2024, with a final abatement date on June 15, 2022, with respect to a workplace located at 221 Resting Place Road, Waxahachie, TX 75165.
