29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system:  (a) On May 17, 2024, Added Value Service LLC DBA Added Value Exteriors, as the controlling employer, did not provide a workplace free from hazards in that the Reliable Construction Services, subcontractor roofing contractor, had employees exposed to fall hazards. Employees were roofing a residential home and were not utilizing a fall protection system. This condition exposed subcontractor employees to fall hazards in excess of 10 feet.
