On or about May 15, 2024, at the above addressed jobsite, employees performing residential roofing operations, ten (10) feet seven (7) inches above the ground, were not protected from falls, thereby exposing employees to fall hazards. b. On or about May 15, 2024, at the above addressed jobsite, employees performing residential roofing operations, eight (8) feet six (6) inches above the ground, were not protected from falls, thereby exposing employees to fall hazards.
