29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): The employer did not ensure that each affected employee used appropriate eye or face protection when exposed to eye or face hazards from flying particles, molten metal, liquid chemicals, acids or caustic liquids, chemical gases or vapors, or potentially injurious light radiation.  Valley View Park Apartment, 44 Dorchester Lane, East Hanover, NJ  Employee used hand tools which included, but were not limited to, a Metabo nailer, without eye or face protection. The employee was using the equipment to install framing on a residential building under construction.   Violation observed 05/17/2024
