29 CFR  1910.176(a): Aisle(s) and passageway(s) were not kept clear and in good repair with no obstruction across or in aisles that could create a hazard.  Inventory storage area "back room":  A) Primary aisles and passageways were partially obstructed by inventory, pallets, and packing materials throughout the "back room". Employees were not able to move inventory items as needed without maneuvering around these items and/ or waiting for other employees to transit through the area.   B) Aisles between shelving units were partially to completely obstructed by the same materials, inhibiting the ability of employees to retrieve and/ or move inventory without climbing on or around inventory, pallets, or packing material.  Target Stores, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1636158, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on April 20, 2023, with respect to a workplace located at 195 River Road Lisbon, CT 06351.
