29 CFR 1910.178(m)(5)(iii): Powered industrial truck(s), with the operator dismounted and within 25 feet of the truck still in his view, did not have the load engaging means shall be fully lowered: On or about May 14, 2024, the employer did not ensure all powered industrial trucks in operation and within 25 feet of the operator had forks fully lowered. Operators left forks approximately 18-24 inches off the floor in order to transfer material between finished product pallets and shipping pallets in a work area.
