29 CFR  1926.451(g)(1):Employees on scaffolds more than 10 feet (3.1 m) above a lower level were not protected from falling to that lower level by fall protection established in paragraphs (g)(1)(i)-(vii) of this section:  On or about May 20, 2024 the employer Schimmoeller Construction, Inc. at jobsite located at 216 E. Wayne St. Lima OH 45801, did not ensure employees were protected from falls while working from an elevated scaffold platform consisting of a engineered scaffold platform without guardrails, which was raised by a JLG  rough terrain forklift.  One employee was exposed to falls of approximately eight to ten (from the elevated scaffold pallet) or greater to the lower level working surface.
