29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems. a) Jobsite located at 322-40 Race St, Philadelphia, PA 19106 - The employer did not ensure that employees conducting framing activities from the 3rd floor of a mixed use building, approximately 25 feet above the ground level, were protected from fall hazards by the use of a fall protection system. Condition was observed on or about May 20, 2024
