29 CFR 1910.107(b)(5)(iv): Space within the spray booth on the downstream and upstream sides of filters were not protected with approved automatic sprinklers: a) Hallagan Manufacturing Inc. 500 Hoffman Street, Newark, NY 14513 on or about 5/20/2024: Automatic sprinkler heads in spray booth one was covered with a taped on paper bag and overspray preventing employee protection in the event of a fire. b) Hallagan Manufacturing Inc. 500 Hoffman Street, Newark, NY 14513 on or about 5/20/2024: Automatic sprinkler heads in spray booth two was covered with a taped on paper bag and overspray preventing employee protection in the event of a fire. Abatement certification is required.
