29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): a- 405 - 22nd Avenue South, Brigantine NJ: A worker was exposed to fall hazards, in excess of 14 feet 1 inch to the ground's surface below, when not using fall protection when walking and working from a residential structure's pitched porch roof. Condition observed on or about 05/20/24. b - 405 - 22nd Avenue South, Brigantine NJ: A worker was exposed to fall hazards, in excess of 14 feet 1 inch to the ground's surface below, when not using fall protection when working from a residential structure's second story balcony. Condition observed on or about 05/20/24. NOTE: IN ADDITION TO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION, THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION FOR THIS ITEM. FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.
