29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1)(vii): Each employee on a scaffold, not otherwise specified in paragraphs (g)(1)(i) through (g)(1)(vi) of this section, more than 10 feet (3.1 m) above lower level was not protected from falls by the use of personal fall arrest systems or guardrail systems meeting the requirements of paragraph (g)(4) of this section. a) 215 - 13th Street North, Brigantine NJ: On or about 05/20/24 the company worksite Foreman and a worker were exposed to fall hazards, in excess of 22 feet 3 inches to the ground surface below, when working and walking from the fourth buck of a supported scaffold that was not supplied with midrails and nor its endframe openings supplied with guarding. At the time of their exposure to the fall hazards, the company worksite Foreman and the worker were not using an alternate form of fall protection.
