29 CFR 1926.21(b)(2): The employer did not instruct each employee on the recognition and avoidance of heat related hazards. a) On or about and at times prior to May 8, 2024, at the site located at 413 SW Pine Island Rd, Cape Coral, FL 33991, employees were exposed to the hazard of heat during the performance of their job duties, including the installation of blown fiberglass insulation in a third-floor attic for approximately 7 hours without receiving training on the recognition and avoidance of heat related hazards.
