(a) On or about 5/14/2024, Wheatley Shopping Center St Thomas, VI 00802-Employees were working on the roof with an unprotected side or edge approximately 12 feet (4.5 Meters) in height, exposing them to a fall hazard. NOTE: Certification of abatement is not required for this citation item, as abatement was documented by the compliance safety and health officer during the inspection.
