29 CFR 1910.22(a)(3):29 CFR 1910.22(a)(3): The employer did not ensure that walking-working surfaces are maintained free of hazards such as sharp or protruding objects, loose boards, corrosion, leaks, spills, snow, and ice. Location: Clarifier 4 Catwalk Instance #1: On or about May 21, 2024 employees were exposed to trip and fall hazards due to the diamond plate flooring on the catwalk having rusted holes, a large metal pipe and ropes lying on the catwalk's floor. Location: Pump Room 1 Basement Instance #2: On or about May 21, 2024 employees were exposed to slip, trip and fall hazards due to water on Pump Room 1's floor due to leaking water pumps.
