29 CFR 1910.1200(g)(8): The employer did not maintain in the workplace copies of the required safety data sheets for each hazardous chemical, and did not ensure that they were readily accessible during each work shift to employees when they were in their work area(s): a) At Royal Pets Market and Resort LLC - 16010 Mapledale Blvd., Tampa, FL 33607: On or about May 21, 2024 the employer exposed employees to injury in that, the employer did not ensure that Safety Data Sheets (SDS's) were readily accessible for chemicals such as but not limited to WYSIWASH Jacketed Caplets, Davis Dakil S and Windex Commercial Line cleaners during each work shift. The Royal Pets Market & Resort LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.1200(g)(8), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1647110, citation number 2, item number 3 and was affirmed as a final order on June 29, 2023, with respect to a workplace located at 1102 N. Himes Ave., Tampa, FL 33607.
