29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v):A safety harness or safety belt with lanyard attached to the boom or basket was not worn by employee(s) working from an aerial lift: Worksite located at 311 NW 96th St., Kansas City, Missouri- An employee was exposed to fall or catapult hazard in that the employee failed to connect his lanyard to his harness while working in an elevated lift. The JGA Construction was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.453(b)(2)(v), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1709527 citation number 1, item number 2, and was affirmed as a final order on March 3. 2024, with respect to a workplace located at3016 N. Belt Hwy., Saint Joseph, MO 64506. The JGA Construction was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.453(b)(2)(v), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1698186, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on March 3, 2024, with respect to a workplace located at 311 NW 96th St., Kansas City, Missouri.
