E77Q4862M), was operated without being inspected and certified.  b) Humble Enterprises Inc. DBA Southern Tier Auto Recycling 1225 Coon Hollow Road, Beaver Dams, NY 14812: On or about 5/20/2024, An unlabeled mobile column lift with a Telemecanique Sensor, was operated without being inspected and certified.  Abatement certification is required.
