29 CFR 1910.134(d)(1)(iii): The employer did not identify and evaluate the respiratory hazard(s) in the workplace; including a reasonable estimate of employee exposures to respiratory hazards and identification of the contaminant's chemical state and physical form: Employer failed to monitor employee exposure to 2,4,6 - Trinitrotoluene (TNT) and/or related compounds for work locations in areas including, but not limited to Building 3-05-1 E bay of the facility located at 17575 DMC Highway 79 - Middletown, Iowa 52638. This hazard last occurred on or about June 20, 2024.
