29 CFR 1926.100(a): Employees working in areas where there was a possible danger of head injury from impact, or falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns, were not protected by protective helmets: Bond Ballroom, 338 Asylum Street, Hartford, CT 06103: On or about May 22, 2024, employees were conducting roofing activities on a small, flat roof 9-feet above ground. They were removing roofing and/or flashing materials and discarding the debris onto the ground below. An employee on the ground responsible for picking up that debris directly below was not wearing head protection.
